Access data

All access to our homepage and all accesses to files stored on our website are logged. This saving is for system-related and statistical purposes: name of file accessed, date and time of access, data volume transferred, report on successful access, web browser, ip address of accessing computer and accessing domain. Further personal data is only recorded if this information is provided in line with an enquiry. Your personal data will not be forwarded to third parties. we cannot link the ip number from the log file to you personally and this will remain impossible.

Duty to supply information to clients

The data the client has provided are required for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract. Without these data, we cannot conclude the contract with the client. We have a legal obligation to process the data we received from the client, namely the “trade order” and “accounting laws”.

The non-provision of your data will affect that we will not be able

  • to provide a valid invoice.

Right of Withdrawal / Consumer Protection

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right, within fourteen days without giving any reason between you and the agency xtrace registered company for investigation and security operations contract to revoke. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us, the agency xtrace registered company for investigation and security operations by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.  In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we have sent you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs that result from giving you a different delivery method than the one we offer , have chosen the most favorable standard delivery), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract has been received by us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you. In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. Should the agency xtrace registered company for investigation and security operations, may already have started the assignment, so you have to pay us a reasonable amount. This share must correspond to the services already provided by the date on which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in relation to this contract compared to the total volume of services provided for in the contract.

Premature action

If the client expressly requests premature action within the open period of revocation, he / she acknowledges that the revocation right of this contract acc. § 11 FAGG no longer exists.
